My Shipment was returned to sender due to invalid address. What do I do?
When a package is returned to sender for any reason a refund will be processed, for the purchase amount minus the cost of original shipping charges. To receive your item a new order will need to be placed with the correct address.

I’m soo glad I went with this shop for my son’s Santa Sack! I have absolutely zero complaints. We use an APO address, so I did not expect it to come in for a while, but it was shipped and arrived so quickly!! AND it’s a lot bigger than I imagined, but I will not complain about a larger Santa Sack than needed, because I can stuff extra stuff in there! This whole big thing for a cheap price, but high quality. Perfect! I will refer my friends who are also looking to start the Santa Sack tradition to this shop!
