Each pair is custom made when you order--so please allow us up to one week to handmade your earrings before shipment. Need them faster? Consider upgrading to Priority shipping at checkout, or contact us with your "need by" date and zip code so we can see what's possible.
Final size and length of each pair varies, depending on the text you want. Earrings may be matching pair, or you can choose different words for each ear ie. "WILD, CATS". Max of 8 letters per earring in order to stay in the appropriate size range. The max length is 2.5 inches but varies based on your text request.

My Shipment was returned to sender due to invalid address. What do I do?
When a package is returned to sender for any reason a refund will be processed, for the purchase amount minus the cost of original shipping charges. To receive your item a new order will need to be placed with the correct address.
