My Shipment was returned to sender due to invalid address. What do I do?
When a package is returned to sender for any reason a refund will be processed, for the purchase amount minus the cost of original shipping charges. To receive your item a new order will need to be placed with the correct address.

I love how my ornament came out. It is super cute. I love how it fit all my family members names. The gingerbread theme is adorable. It was packaged very nicely. My order came fast and customer service was excellent. I accidentally ordered 2 ornaments and only needed one. I sent a message to the seller and she replied back to me right away and cancelled my accidental order. I would recommend this product from this seller. You won’t be disappointed.
