** These are laser engraved bands. This process produces ash, which can be imbedded into the design. Although these are cleaned before shipment, occasionally some remnants may remain. Soap water, or Isopropyl Alcohol with a brush will remove this if any residue is on your item when received.

My Shipment was returned to sender due to invalid address. What do I do?
When a package is returned to sender for any reason a refund will be processed, for the purchase amount minus the cost of original shipping charges. To receive your item a new order will need to be placed with the correct address.

I don’t mean to leave a bad review— it’s just I asked what the metal piece was made out of and I was told it was stainless steel. The second I put it on, my wrist broke out. Therefore I know it’s not stainless steel. Just wish it would’ve been communicated better with accurate material info.
